EEXIN CHONG
My awareness of health has significantly increased since being diagnosed with urticaria, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), and Sjogren's syndrome about 10 years ago. Fortunately, I have come to understand the science of Nutritional Immunology (NI) and have found the best doctor in the world: our immune system. Thanks to this science-based knowledge, I no longer worry about my autoimmune diseases, and I can maintain good health without medication.
I have spent a decade studying, sharing, and practicing NI, and I've finally made the decision to leave my full-time position as a Manager in an MNC (Multi-National Corporation) to become a health educator. My goal is to promote health and wisdom among more people. The mission of founding EEx-Life and sharing health-related topics on the Eexin-Talk YouTube Channel is to nurture a community of health advocates and healthpreneurs, helping them realize the potential for an extra excellent life (EEx-Life).
